Missions Partners:
Alliance for African Assistance & Health Clinic
Helps African refugees coming to San Diego.
Pray
• For health for all involved • Concern for our health
• to express gratitude for remaining connected.
Baja Presbyterian Missions
Helps the Mexican Presbytery start new churches, as well as supports churches and seminary students.
Baja Christian Ministries
Builds homes and spreads the gospel in Baja Mexico.
Pray
• For all Ministries and Churches to stay funded by those that do already
• That the Gospel continue to be proclaimed and reach the lost
• For our emergency teams, hospitals, police, fire and food services
Belize Word at Work
Shares the Gospel; trains women with the skill of sewing; to stamp out hunger provides families with seeds, chickens, rabbits and ducks to raise; sends medical equipment to advance medical technology; and educates locals about violence and abuse against women.

Big Table
Exists to see the lives of those working in the restaurant and hospitality industry transformed by building community around shared meals and caring for those who are in crisis, transition, or falling through the cracks.

• That our team would stay well physically and emotionally

Casa de Los Angeles
Casa del Angeles is a Children’s Home, or Christian orphanage currently under construction in Rosarito, Mexico. It will one day be home to 38 children.
Child Evangelism Fellowship
To bring the Good News to the unreached children & youth in Belgium. Disciple them and establish them in a local Bible-believing church.
Pray
• For children who come to our home on a bi-weekly basis for Bible mini-clubs, that they will grow in the Lord
• For our large Bible club for kids in Antwerp
• That God will find a way to water the “seeds” that have been planted
• For the Lord to use this time to bring many souls, young and old, to himself!

Pray
• For the Corona virus frontline workers, those most vulnerable, those most impacted
• For our homeless friends to find homes
• For friends and families to stay connected and committed workers
English Language Center
Offers adult literacy tutoring and teaching English as a Second Language (ESL). Also holds weekly classes at LJPC.
Gleanings for the Hungry
For a week in October, our Mission Team helps package food sent out to the needy in nations around the globe.
Pray that the LJPC Mission Team going to Dinuba, CA in October to package food to be sent around the world will be able to travel as planned.
Habitat for Humanity
Through God’s love, brings people together to build homes and hope.
Pray
• For good participation in Everyone Build which will involve families with activities like building forts, building card houses, bird houses, and other fun projects to be done in their homes
• For the house builds planned April – July, that those families awaiting housing would be blessed
• That the fundraising that is to come would be well received and fruitful
Iglesia Presbiteriana Emmanuel
Ministers to the Spanish-speaking, immigrant population in inner-city San Diego.
Pray
• For pastoral leadership
• For the members to find a way to connect
Interfaith Shelter Network
Hosting homeless guests, in a rotating program of San Diego Churches, to leave homelessness behind.
Pray
• For the program that it will be able to resume
• That they will be able to provide shelter for their homeless guests year round.
Ladle Fellowship
Feeding the homeless of San Diego.
Boxed meals, devotions and Bible studies, antibacterial wipes, and rain ponchos have been distributed to the homeless and Street Corner Care is partnering with Dreams for Change and the Safe Parking Program to continue medical care.

• For volunteers willing to be on an “as needed” list to be called when needs arise.
Malawi Lingadzi CCAP/NYKOMA SYNOD
Partnership with the Presbyterian church in Lilongwe, Malawi.
Pray that the Mission Exchange Team coming to LJPC in November will be able to travel as planned
Military Outreach Ministry (SDMOM)
Christian outreach to active duty military families in San Diego County. We collect toys for distribution to military families in early December.
New Day Urban Ministries (formerly PUM)
Responds to homeless emergency and crisis needs.
Pray
• For the homeless coming every day to meet and pray with Pastor Raul
• For the 45 volunteers, many over 70, who will be back as soon as the center reopens
Nile Sisters Development Initiative
Assists women and children in San Diego, fleeing persecution in Africa.
Pray for financial support at this critical moment when NSDI is overwhelmed with bills and grants are not coming soon.
Pastors to Prisoners
Provides pastors to assist prison chaplains with inmate worship services, Bible studies, and one-on-one counseling and mentoring.

Plant With a Purpose
Plant With Purpose is combating two of the world’s most critical issues: extreme poverty and deforestation. Through holistic community development, families are growing out of poverty, reversing deforestation, and walking with God.

• That they receive education about the Corona Virus
Reality Changers
Provides inner-city youth with the resources to become first generation college students.
Pray
• that we are able continue to work with our students to ensure they are feeling supported

San Diego Street Choir (1st Presbyterian Church downtown)
Singing together in a choir restores physical health, mental & emotional well-being and creates connections between people. Our own Ron Bolles founded/leads this homeless choir.
Pray for
• Each member of the choir to stay safe in this time of isolation
• Their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health
• The Fruit of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control, will continue to be alive and well in each member.
Sudanese Presbyterian Church
Members are refugees from war-torn Sudan. They have started a rebuilding project in the Sudan.

Sunhouse Mexico Mission Trip
Before Covid SunHouse students headed south of the border to use their skills, strength, and heart for service to make a life changing impact for families in need of a safe home
UPLIFT/Kids at Heart
Tutors help low income Spanish-speaking children.

• For people to be virtual tutors
• For homes for the homeless.
UrbanLife, UrbanLife Farms & UrbanLife Cafe
A youth outreach and church plant, serving students in San Diego, and sharing the Gospel, mentoring and offering jobs in farming, catering and youth leadership.
Pray
• For Food Supply – as we proactively stocking up on staples, like beans and rice, and conduct daily food runs to households that are running out of resources.
• For UrbanLife Café Student staff as they deal with the implications of their lost pay
• For Mental Health for our staff who have been in direct communication with students,
• For UrbanLIfe COVID-19 Relief Fund
• For the house builds planned April – July, that those families awaiting housing would be blessed.

Y Malawi
Y-Malawi is creating sustainable change in Malawi, Africa while sharing the heart of Jesus. The village church is at the center. We support the church with local Malawian ministries focusing on women and girls. We believe when you empower a woman, you impact her life, her family, her church, and the entire community.

• That God will spare this poor nation from the devastation this virus could cause
• That as Y-Malawi we will be able to continue to provide encouragement and support
• Pray for wisdom as we seek to be proactive in determining new and unique ways to deal with the flow of support and aid to ministries in Malawi ministries as our resources dwindle.
Young Life (South Bay)
Connects with kids who don’t attend church, to share the gospel.
Pray
• That we can continue to reach out to our students through online clubs and bible studies
• For students to draw near to Christ at this time
• That we can continue to encourage our leaders if they are hurting emotionally, financially or need prayer
• God would protect them in their homes.
