Sunday Worship

8:45 am  Traditional Service, Sanctuary

sanctuarySMALLOur 8:45 service is traditional mainline Protestant worship. Our 60 member choir is accompanied by the 51 rank Möller Organ, the Brass Ensemble or Orchestra. The service is held in our beautiful sanctuary under the inspiring stained glass windows.

There is childcare for all ages from infant through high school:

Nursery Care (infant – 2 yrs) is in CE7
2½ & 3-year-olds meet in CE6
3½ & 5-year-olds meet in CE2
SunHouse Kids (K – 5th grade) meet in CE21
Middle School (6th – 8th grade) meet in the SunHouse Upstairs Lounge
High School Students meet in the SunHouse kitchen at 8:45 for bible study then go to church together at the 10:00 contemporary service.

10:00 am Contemporary Service, Fellowship Hall

fhSMALLOur 10:00 service is more contemporary. The service features the Praise Band and special guest musicians. This service meets in Fellowship Hall in the Life Center Building.

There is Sunday School for children through Elementary age:

Nursery Care (infant – 2 yrs) is in CE7
2½ & 3-year-olds meet in CE6
3½ & 5-year-olds meet in CE2
SunHouse Kids (K – 5th grade) meet in CE21
Middle School and High School Students are encouraged to join us in the service.

11:00 am Traditional Service, Sanctuary
No 11:00am service on November 5th, come to the Rec Center for the Harvest Festival

Our 11:00 service is very similar to the traditional 8:45 service, but for those who want to sleep in a little later.

Nursery Care is provided in CE7


All baptisms are scheduled on the last Sunday of the month. Please contact Michelle Whitney, (858) 729-5504 to schedule a baptism.

Our campus is located at 7715 Draper Ave, in the heart of La Jolla, CA at the corner of Kline St. and Draper Ave., an easy drive from most of San Diego. There is easy underground parking in our garage accessible from Kline St.
