High School Director

La Jolla Presbyterian Church is seeking a passionate and relational High School Director to lead and disciple students as they grow in their faith and relationship with Jesus Christ. This leader will create a welcoming environment where students can belong, explore faith, and be equipped to live as disciples of Jesus.
The High School Director will build meaningful relationships with students, partner with parents and volunteers, and provide vision and leadership for a thriving high school ministry. This role includes teaching, mentoring student leaders, developing volunteer teams, and creating spaces where students encounter Jesus, grow in community, and are sent out to live out their faith.

Middle School Director

La Jolla Presbyterian Church is seeking a Middle School Director who loves Jesus, enjoys middle schoolers, and feels called to walk alongside students during these formative years. This role partners with parents and volunteers to create a welcoming, Christ-centered environment where students can belong, ask honest questions, and grow in their faith. Family Ministries Summer Interns

The Family Ministries Summer Interns help create meaningful experiences where children and students—from elementary through high school—can encounter Jesus Christ and grow deeper in their faith toward becoming lifelong disciples. As a member of the La Jolla Presbyterian Church Family Ministries team, the intern fosters a welcoming environment where young people can “belong before they believe,” supports relational ministry and program leadership under the direction of full-time staff, and participates in intentional discipleship that includes pastoral mentorship, theological training, and leadership development.
